Watching Florence coverage has really made my heart sink. I'll post more about that later. Meanwhile, here's another piece of philosophy that you can find in your local song. #4: There's Three Sides to Every Story: There's Yours, and There's Mine, and the Cold Hard Truth I'm glad someone put this in a song, because this is THE. TRUTH. It's just coincidental that Don Henley, one of my favorites, is the one who did it. (John Roberts is on vacation, or he'd chew me out for it. Wait a couple of days!!) I quote this line quite frequently. I see it happen all the time. Case in point: my next-door neighbors moved. They said the landlord was bad. The landlord said they were bad. What's the truth? Somewhere in between. Remember this the next time you read or hear something and you're ready to be infuriated. There's two more sides that you haven't heard: one's the "other person's" take on it; and the one that we so rarely get to hear -- the truth. #4: There's Three Sides to Every Story: There's Yours, and There's Mine, and the Cold Hard Truth From "Long Way Home" Written by Don Henley and Danny Kortchmar Recorded by Don Henley From I Can't Stand Still, 1982 Since Don's so afraid that you might hear one of his songs on You Tube, all I can find is a cover. And this is a pretty good cover at that!

I thought there were two sides of everything but I'm willing to change.

There are multiple opinions to everything, but in reality there's only the truth or not the truth.

@FourWalls I can't agree more. Actually, there's only the truth.
