How do you handle it if there is a lazy man in you work team?

There is a newcomer in my department who is very lazy and not responsible. But my director is so acceptable to him . I don't know how to face this situation ....

He is very lazy. He don't want to do anything . He always see his cellphnone and go out for smoking....In a word ,he is a waste of working time . And he is hypocritical to show he wants to learn job issues in the face of my leader....

If someone in a department is particularly lazy, as time goes by, many people will dislike him. Sooner or later, your leader will know it and dislike him.

But seeing from the everyday things, my leader is very fimilar to him and he don't say any words about his behavior. When I complain about him to leader , my leader don't reply me....... I am a little sad that I always do everything for the department actively but treatment is no difference. It is unfair.

Try to gather as many evidences to prove that your allegations are true. Then report that to your director for him to decide on his case. I think it is hard to convince your director if you do not show him proof that he is indeed lazy and irresponsible person.

Document his laziness and then show it to your director. Perhaps, he will change his mind about the newcomer.
