Things found at the library

We just finished the addictive TV series Saving Grace. That Earl angel was something else though many times I wish he could have stepped in and done something. Gus Man dog was a good actor, too. That show was intense. Gritty like cop shows tend to be though it also demanded questions about faith and what our actions do to ourselves and others. I couldn't stop watching it until the bitter end. So we finished that and headed back into reruns of Highway to Heaven. Sappy yet a good, shining message blasts through. Makes me sad cause the two lead actors did walk into heaven and are still there. Its tons easier on the nerves but not raising as many questions or as many moments of discussion. Other than that I am reading the final book that the poet Donald Hall wrote. He tells it like it is, from the perspective of a man this side of being laid to rest. The little volume is helping me to put pen to paper. I appreciate all this library fodder.

@BelleStarr I am spoiled. The library delivers right to my mail box. Tonight a book about Jefferson's daughter waited for me when we got home.

@BelleStarr So far its written well though my hubby says if its centered on Sally Hemmings he doesn't want to know about it. He says there is too much on her now. So far I find it quite well written.
