Hi friends, I am not on this site because presently I have been facing some health issues. I had a constipation for whole 3 days and was having pain while defecation. My blood sugar was all time high as it reached to 280 rbs. I had a mild urine infection. I consulted the doctor and he said that all such problems are due to high blood sugar. He has changed the medicines and I hope with these I may be able to control it. Wish me luck.

I'm sorry you haven't been well. My husband has Type 2 diabetes and takes tablets to keep his blood sugar levels stable.

I am trying to control it now having medicines and have fixed at least 40 mins for a walk in the evening.

Hi, feel better soon. I am diabetic too. Gladly, I don't have constipation problems. Maybe because I always have a cup of warm lemon water or water with two tablespoons of apple cider every morning. Also, I see to it that I eat the right kinds of food like fruits and vegetables. But fruits should be taken in moderation, especially those fruits that are high in sugar content like mangoes, avocados, etc.

Doctor has given me the diet chart so I am taking diet as per that only.
