So I just got a text for my husband grandmother she likes to text us anot religion because we don’t attend it’s a personal choice that we don’t not that we don’t believe in any of it. I don’t see religion is the answer to everything. I read the artical I’ll places it down below for those that want to read. This is from Apple news so honestly I don’t think their is any real prof Of it. Saythig that those that go to church, pray regularly do not have metal health issues then those that do go to church and practices as a child. Well that’s BS if that is true then my husband wouldn’t have bipolar. Um lots of people have mental health issue it has nothing to do with how your raised a lot do that is just how your born, or things your experiences in life. Now if our have a mental health issue and being in a religion helps you then great if not even if religion doesn’t help please always see a doctor you don’t have to be medicated but you should have someone to talk to and look out for your Incase something does happen. I can tell you my husband is a whole different person when he doesn’t take his meds. When he does take him he feels better, he says the voices in his head is a lot less, he doesn’t fidget, he knows what it feels like to truly be happy and can experiences those emotions more truly.

I think some people cant take religion and they end up having mental issues with it.

Why do you say that? If someone doesn’t believe in something then they are going to have a mental illness meaning it’s a choice? I don’t think people choice to want to have a mental illness it’s either there at birth or it’s something you go through that brings it up.

@ShyBear88 Reason I say that is because I have seen people losing their mind while changing name of god and wandering on road.
