I was born in 1990, so I remember most of the nineties. At least from 1995 on. A lot of pop culture, a lot of candy/cookies etc. There were some fads in my childhood that I am glad stayed there, and some that I wish would come back. The first post in this series is one of the ones that I wish would come back, although with my more refined tastebuds I am not sure If I would like them as much as I used to. Anyway! The first thing in this series is Dunkaroos! C'mon tell me you remember them, even if you weren't in the targeted demographics for this overly sweet snack food. These little snack packs were similar to the breadstick and cheese snacks that can be bought just about anywhere now. They came in little plastic containers covered with a cheap piece of plastic with an animal and the name on it, inside was a ooey gooey frosting type dip and oddly shaped cookies. The object was to dunk your "roos" in the frosting and enjoy. Dunkaroos were created by Betty Crocker in 1990 and discontinued in 2012, at least in the United States. I wish they'd bring them back. They tasted way better that Crystal Pepsi, which they have brought back a few times. *shudder*

@thislittlepennyearns Yes, there were pressing issues then. You are an adult now so you know how life changes from childhood.

Well you were probably more worried about other things during the ninties. Also, you didn't have kids.

I don't know that they had these in Australia. The name isn't ringing any bells.
