I just started a load of dishes and laundry and am now waiting for the skillet to warm up so I can make breakfast.
What am I having? How nice of you to ask. 
Fried bologna and cheese sandwich. I was gonna add an egg. But I don't have any left. So cheese and meat it is.

@thislittlepennyearns Eggs are a must in my life. If I'm even looking like I'm getting low, I'll get another box from Wal-Mart. Yes, box - 5 doz. eggs at a time.

I almost made steak and eggs, but the steak is still frozen and I don't have any eggs. Need to go grocery shopping apparently.

I didn't have anything for breakfast, and I don't usually have breakfast. I sleep really late, around 3:00- 4:00 AM and I would wake up around 11:00 AM or past lunch time. It's been my routine for like 5 years already. I work from home so I don't need to wake up early and rush.

I don't like fried bologna. My husband liked it so I had to make it. Sometimes, for dinner, I would fill it with veggies when it was all curled up from frying. I think my kids liked it, most of them anyway. I would just make an egg or two for myself on those nights when he requested fried bologna.
