Making potato salad today

That is kind of a staple of mine and something I usually make every summer..but I never made it this summer. I am not sure why. I guess I tend to make more pasta salads in the summer now, as they are easier. I don't have any celery, but I think I can substitute a green pepper. How often do you make potato salad? What do you like to put in yours?

Taters, mayo, mustard, boiled egg, sweet pickles, salt, pepper and paprika on top. I used to use onions but my tummy can`t tolerate those anymore.

love onions..always put them in..but not generally boiled eggs unless I happen to have some.
