What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I'm making a recipe from my More Mexican Everyday cookbook: Pork and Black Bean Dinner. You simmer pork shoulder cubes, diced onion, black beans, and water in a Dutch oven for a couple of hours on the stove (or in a crock pot) and then you make a salsa to mix into the pork/beans and also to use as a topping. I'm going to make jasmine rice and a zucchini/summer squash gratin as sides.

I think scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, toast and a nice pot of coffee. Sometimes it is fun to eat breakfast for supper.

@GrannyGee you just mentioned the breakfast I am going to make tomorrow morning but you are right sometimes it is good to have breakfast for dinner. My favorite is usually fried potatoes and eggs sunnyside up.

Sounds really good. Tonight I just had a sandwich on rye bread with my favorite liverwurst but tomorrow I am making up a batch of chicken wings in my slow cooker.

Sounds delicious. As for me, I just had fried chicken and pasta for dinner yesterday. For tonight's dinner, I don't know yet. But I am thinking of just having tuna and scrambled eggs.
