I started this new job not even a month ago. I came in today and was told I was working with this girl.
The task at hand was fairly large so I assumed that much.
Half way thru I was getting annoyed since she just get throwing these fake flowers wherever they fit(not in the right spot).
So I finally said have you not done resets and planagrams before. She goes no this is my second day.
I asked and they go yes you will be training her. I go why!? This place is so disorganized it's not even funny.
I'm not one to talk I will chit chat then ignore you while working. This girl was busy yapping about her kid and how she needs all the shifts she can get. Right then and there I thought you won't be lasting. Those type of girls are desperate and needy they need shifts but can't do the job.
I told them I can do 2 to 3 shifts a week or busy times a little more but I'm not constantly asking. They ask to cover I will. No wonder they go through so many staff members!
