The cable is finally fixed

What a saga it has been. We traded in our old boxes on Labor Day weekend and it has taken 3 visits from the cable company in order to get the new ones up and running.
I thought the visit today was going to be straightforward and the tech was just going to do the self-install on 3 of the 4 boxes. Nope. He ran a new line from the street to the house and a new line into the house. He put all 4 of the TVs on one new splitter from the 2 old ones that they were on previously. He put something called a "mocha amplifier" on to boost the signal. THEN he did the self-install on the 3 televisions. He was here for 3 hours.
I wanted to hug him when he left. I felt like we were best friends after everything that he did for us.
