Which Kind of Weather is Better for You?

After three days of clear hot days, with mercury indicating thirty-seven/thirty-eight clouds have returned bringing the temperature down. I had a good pleasant walk in the playground this morning. I returned to the house when it began to drizzle. This rain will not continue as the real rainy season has passed. Thus, people can go to their offices without problem.
This kind of weather is better for me. My body wishes this weather to continue as long as possible. But do we get what we love always? Autumn is just behind the corner. And she will take us to winter which will bring cooler but dry days.
Tell us in which weather you feel at the best of your health.

mild sunny days, rather than blistering heat is best for me - I hate snow

My favorite seasons are spring and autumn. I like days that are not particularly cold or hot.

Here in Florida, we continue to have temps in the 90s or in your case the 30s. That is a bit too hot I would love to have temps all the time in the 70s or 20s. Warm but not too hot.

I am always in my optimum energy during the spring months. I love the warm(er) weather of spring as well as the rebirth of new life.
