There Was Bully

Some years ago, I recall watching a crime drama on t.v. There was a man who was the town bully. Everyone was afraid of him, and kept the town in an uproar. He had literally taken over the town. He would go into stores, and just take things and no one said anything. The law couldn't do much of anything. So the people in the town decided to take matters into their own hands, and someone in the town killed the bully. I believe they had a meeting and whoever killed him no one ever told on the person. They sent investigators to try and find out who did it, but no one ever told. They must have really been tired of him. But last I heard still no one told.

When people have enough of the bad things being done to them, they will put the matter into their hands. And they will unitely be silent about it. I think even the authorities will be relieved and be silent about it also, when that happens.
