Good Morning and Happy Thursday

It's a bit on the gloomy side here today and even though the temperatures have dropped somewhat I still have the a/c on. I can't wait to be able to turn it off.
Yesterday I wrote about our dog groomer missing her appointment and many replied how unprofessional it was. I agree with everyone but then I found out later in the afternoon that she's in the hospital. I have no idea what's wrong and I'm hoping she's okay. This poor lady never seems to be able to catch a break and has so many problems at home that I'm sure she certainly didn't need a trip and stay at the hospital. I'm really hoping she'll be okay and back to doing her dog grooming. My dogs love her and I hate to have to find another groomer.
Today started off pretty routine....daughter went to work and I'm here with the pups. She took them out before she left and I'm waiting for the lawn guys to finish mowing and then I'll take them out. I hate when they go out after the guys leave because then they have to sniff and sniff and sniff and sniff every step they take. Other days it's easier and they just run out, do their business and we're done.
Now I'm going to have my breakfast (even though it's a bit late) a second cup of coffee and see what's happening here for awhile.

Oh my..that is terrible about your groomer. I guess you can't be mad now! It reminds me of someone I knew who had a painter, and had one day left to paint..of course everything was all covered and moved. He didn't show up for his last day painting, and it turned out he was in the hospital with pneumonia..you just never know!

I knew something to be wrong as it very unlike her to just not show. I just hope it's nothing serious and she'll be okay

I hope that you hear from the groomer soon that she is feeling better and out of hospital.
Its a gloomy day here today also, it looks like rain, but nothing so far.
Our a/c is still on here as well, although we could go without it I think.
I have to dig out some long pants and a 3/4 length sleeve top to go to physio in the next few minutes.

Hi, Marilyn! I truly hope your poor dog groomer will be okay and out of the hospital soon. It's a sunny and beautiful day here and very pleasant out. I finally returned to walking with my friends after our trip to San Fran, Philly, and our holidays. I decided to do one 45 minute class at the gym, but that's it for me until I get back in shape. Doodles caught a chipmunk, and I had to wrestle him away from it before he polished it off.

I'm sorry to hear about the dog-groomer. We need to cut people a bit of slack sometimes. I guess it depends on how well we think we know them. I was one who said it was pretty unprofessional.

I'd still be upset that neither her or anyone in her life could give a few seconds to cancel the appointment, but hope she will be okay.
Hope the pups didn't take too long this time.
