Are we Getting Less Forgiving?

Or it is greatly depending to the extent of the mistake or pain it has inflicted? I am more forgiving to the dear ones of my life. I’m not totally ignoring their mistakes but I find it not so difficult to consider their and probably give them a chance and another chance. Oh please, do not think that I am stupid.

Yes, I easily forgive people as long as I can see and feel that they are so sincere with their apology.
