I was invited but I was not able to come to the wedding because of prior commitment at work. The wedding was held on September 9th, my uncle died at 3 AM on September 10th. Before he died, I was able to visit him at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital in España, Manila. My uncle died of cancer. He was very ill that day but he insisted to come.

Oh, my! How precious and beautiful the video was. Of course, I am still wiping away tears. I'm so glad that your uncle was able to attend his son's wedding, as ill as he was. And, I'm happy you visited him at the hospital. He held out just long enough to see his handsome son marry his beautiful bride. May he rest in peace.

He kept his promise. I feel so bad because I failed to.visit him when he was discharged of hospital. But now happy that he can rest now and will no longer feel the pain.

What a beautiful thing for him to do, I am sure it will be something the family will treasure forever. Beautiful ceremony, too bad you couldn't go.

@jobelbojel Yes, he will be sad for a while but also he will be so glad that his dad held on to see him be married.

That is not fair. If your uncle was very ill that day he was not supposed to be insisted to come. Feel very sad to know he was no more.

My aunt told me that he insisted to come. He was told not to go and rest but was adamant.

I’m very sorry about your uncle Job-san. He left your cousin (and your relatives) a very special memory to remember in life.
