My new love in the kitchen

Most of us have that one gadget that they cannot live without. For me while I'm in the kitchen, my blender has turned out to be my bae ( my love). I'm loving the fact that I can blend all the ingredients that I would like in my food and it turns out amazing.
This has helped me appreciate new recipes, love good home made food and consume some healthy ingredients that I did not like before.
What is that gadget that is dear to you?

I don't know about "dear" but I am happy for my water and ice dispensing freezer. I can't imagine having to get ice out of a tray.

My office computer. In the kitchen I am old school so I don`t have to have all those gadgets to cook. I like them don`t get me wrong, I don`t like doing all the extra cleaning up of the gadgets.

My favorite "gadget" in the kitchen would be my 
daughter! 
I like it when she cooks our dinner... but not when I have to wash all the dirty utensils she used to make said dinner!

I enjoyed my blender for a while, then decided it was taking up too much counter space for no more than I used it. Although it's not a gadget, my microwave would be a kitchen appliance I would sure hate to be without.

I remember while visiting in Mexico my host family used their blender on about everything. I especially remember them throwing avocados into the blender, which I never would have thought of.

I use a stick blender a lot, also known as an immersion blender. I am in love with crock pots and slow cookers. I agree with@andriaperry that sometimes it means extra clean up, but often it is well worth it.

My favorite kitchen gadget would be the microwave oven. I use it to reheat some leftovers, to heat water for my lemon tea, etc.
