I had my follow up and my two aunties decided to accompany me. Unfortunately, with me, took hours before the doctor came because of traffic.
Again, I got free consultation
and reminded to stretch in the morning.
This time he thinks it's something that upset the nerves and not entirely my gout anymore. He gave me a new meds for inflammation and advised me to stop the gout med after six days.
After that we went to the mall and have a lunch at a restaurant. Boy, we were so hungry.

you had 'kare-kare'. the meat from that stew is contraindicated for persons with gout.

That was not kare kare but sinigang na hipon @ridingbet I told i don't want it but they still gave me a bowl of it.

To be honest the pain has lessened compare last week / month @hereandthere and yes this was Max.

@Letranknight2015 I don't know what the title was it was an indian movie. It was about people getting a virus and became like zombie. It was a nice movie we enjoyed it a lot.

Nice one. Another free consultation. Today is just another ordinary day. I just stayed at home to do some household chores, and then I watched some good movies on Netflix. I will be sleeping early tonight because I have some errands to do tomorrow.
