Am I doing the right thing?

It's 11:42 in the evening, and it's late but my relative is still having their videoke moment up until now. The videoke time should up until 10 PM only. That's the city ordinance here in Davao City. Some of my neighbors are already sleeping. The sounds are still loud. To think they have babies too.
My youngest Brother tried to reprimand them or at least lower the volume but they are not listening. If they still can't make it stop, I will call 911 for that.

I can understand your frustration over that. That is an annoying thing to hear especially when you are about to sleep and they still do that thing. We had a similar situation before. We we’re staying at an apartment and the relatives of the landlord had a birthday party in front of our house. They were loud and rowdy. We seek help with the barangay to check on them. It still took them 2am before they finally decided to disperse.

The policy here is 10pm for sound. Are they in your household or relatives nearby? They should respect other people and neighbors because it should be quiet time.
