Turmeric Tea I am drinking one right now. The active ingredient is curcumin. Benefits? 1. Anti-inflammatory (Thus help ease arthritis) 2. Immune- boosting 3. Helps liver in detoxification

Oh can you drink this before bed time? I have some curry powder in the cupboard that has tumeric in it.

You can buy the roots, crush and boil. Or add hot water to powdered ones. I believe you can buy powdered for more or less 200. Better yet, you plant in a pot.

Turmeric is ginger, and it tastes like ginger. If you add honey to it, it tastes good.

@yoalldudes Yes, I bought it for 250 pesos I think and I did not push in taking them because I don't like the taste. What I did was to send it to my friend.

Yea I remembered it was also good for coughs and cold isn't it as well as ginger which we call "salabat"

1. You can but powdered turmeric and add hot water. And it's ready to drink. 2. You can buy turmeric root, squash it and boil in water.

A lot of stores here in our area are selling turmeric tea. I have tried one before but I didn't like the taste that much.
