Children's Choir today

The children's choir that I teach at school is voluntary and after school. Last year I had 39 students grades 3-5. This year I only have 25, but they are very enthusiastic and hard-working! (Some of last year's bunch are now in my middle school choir.) I enjoy working with them because they get to choose to be in choir, so everyone who comes really wants to sing. They are like my reward for working with all the children. They are the "cream of the crop" even though I don't choose them, I let them choose to be in choir or not.
What is your best thing that happens to you at work or home because you worked hard in everything? Do you feel that any activity you do is a "reward" and a special joy?

When my mother says I have cooked well that would be a reward to me at home because I cook very rare and sometimes I make mistake.

I`m a house wife so I just enjoy what I do at our little place and for me it`s rewarding maintaining a peaceful place when my husband comes home from work
