Field trip with my son's daycare

Today, they have a field trip to go apple picking. I know my son had told us how he wanted us to go on a field trip with him. (All my kids have mentioned this towards the spring.) So, we signed up for it. Originally my husband was supposed to go, but plans changed, and now I'm going.
We definitely do want to try and help out when we can at our kids' school and daycare. I hope that my middle one has a field trip, as I have been able to go on a field trip with my two other kids. Things have kind of changed at the school and I'm not too sure what will happen with that, but we'll see. Fingers crossed!
Either way, I'll enjoy going on this field trip with my little guy. I know he's looking forward to it.

Both of you will be enjoying it mych. Apple picking or fruit picking is a very enjoyable one.
I remember one time when I went to a vacation in my cousin's farm with mangoes. Gosh, I enjoyed picking and eating raw and ripe mangoes.
Maybe in the fieldtrip you can pick and eat what you have picked for a fee.

Will you actually be able to pick apples, or will you just be touring the orchard? I can see liability issues with the kids going up ladders.

I'm sure you and your son had such a wonderful time. Kid love having their parents go along on field trips, and the teachers can use the extra help. My kids loved it when we showed up at their schools for festivities or when I was a room mother. Apple picking is so much fun, and so is picking nectarines, peaches, blueberries, and even pumpkins!
