Oh, I Thought I Have The Heaviest Bag !

The other night , while waiting for the e-jeep to come back to the mall so me and my 3 officemates can ride to the city to take a ride to our respective residences , our talk went to our bags.
The fat lady engineer said her bag is heavy since it is big. So, we each tried to carry each others’ bag.
It turned out the Marketing officer’s bag was the heaviest. We were surprised at how heavy it was, when it doesn’t have the buckles that my bag has.
We all have similar items in our bags like folded umbrellas , wallets ,cellphones and the like.
But she has a complete set of nail trimming gadgets. And she even have a lotion and a lot more in her bag! And she have two cellphones too, because she still have her old cellphone. 
I really laughed because I thought, I got the heaviest bag.

I think people who has heavy bags are "sigurista" or people who wants to be always assured that in case of emergency they have something to help them, like those wet ones. The usage of which is obvious, if we overeat.
The Marketing officer's wet ones is in a big and bulky pack.
I have one but just the small pack. I just buy a new one if it is already 5 wet ones left.

My bag is not that heavy listening to your side of story.. But why she put those trimming sets?? You don't need that in a typical day!!

I carry my umbrella, sunglasses, tissue pack, a comb and my water bottle all the time along with some safety pins, mobile and wallet. I also carry a small dairy with pen. SO mine is pretty heavy.

@arunima25 @SIMPLYD I had a heavy bag but I don't anymore due to back issues. My sister used to call it my luggage. lol. I used to carry everything from a book, comb, brush, mirror, chapstick &/or lipgloss, wallet, pens, nail gadgets & more things I can't even remember... Now I feel better not carrying my heavy bag. I've condensed alot

I always carry a heavy bag... even if it's the backpack or the sling bag, it's heavy...
I think the heaviest thing in my bag is my powerbank.

A woman's must, I guess, to have those big bags.
Mine is backpack bag that I always brought even in my job, just like Kevin Durant during his early years.

Yes, that is very true. Men have only the essentials to carry. So, even if they have a backpack, like my husband's, they ain't heavy.

Yes, I always have my Jansport backpack I am using for my treatment at the center.
What's inside it, paper bills, my pillow, wallet, lunch box, and a lot more. Lol.
The boyfriend always complains why my bag is heavy. And I told him, go figure. Lol.

Really, you were able to fit your things in your small bag. I suppose your things are just small.
Well, when I will be going to the mall, I carry with me a small sling bag. But not when going to the office.

My bag is the lightest Rebel. I carry very little, in fact, I do not like to carry a bag at all, rather a hidden wallet under my clothes on a waist strap. It is much safer here for me.
That is funny tho I used to have a heavy bag too

Wow, good for you. I also wish I have a lighter bag when I go to the office. But not when I go malling, I just have a medium sized sling bag.
Thank you. That;s the bag, my daughter gifted me last December 9, my birthday, when we met in Manila. It's my office bag.
I actually, like it like the other handbag she also gave on one Mother's Day.

I always try to put as little things as I can in my bag. In fact, I like that if I don't need to carry a bag. I don't carry umbrellas, but of course I have to put my wallet and cellphone. I was just telling my kids the other day, it seems like most of the things inside my bag is their stuff - a set of my toddler's clothes + diaper (just in case), one or two of my kids' water bottle, some papers and pens for my kids to draw when they are bored, one or two small toys for my toddler, tissue papers and kids' handkerchief, etc. 
If it's only for myself, it's not heavy at all. But my bag is not for myself now.....

With you guys, a small sling bag is enough to carry your necessities to work. My hubby has a black backpack where he can put his laptop, if he will be made to use one in his new work as Operations Supervisor.
