My daughter has finally landed a decent job. She has the complicated work of figuring out insurance claims. The company that she works for sounds super supportive of their workers.
My daughter is a talented artist. I have her paintings hung on most of the walls of my house plus Puss N Boots- proper purple plume on his hat- on the back of my kitchen cupboard. His orange stripes and green eyes are just happy. She asked and got permission to start a friendly art exhibit at work.
"Ink-tober" instead of October. One of her co-workers draws comic book art. So it looks like on a back wall in their building there will be non-judgmental visual art. I always smile when an artist gets a chance to work their craft while making a living. The world is right when that happens.

@sallypup I have always been a loner too. But it sounds like she has met some like minded people there.

@wolfgirl569 Yes. I love it that my daughter is doing way more than making a living.

@wolfgirl569 Thanks. My daughter has never been good at being a joiner. I'm delighted that she has the office involved in this.

I agree, artist have a hard time making money for their beautiful work. I do paint but its been a few years since I picked up a brush, however, Tony has been painting a lot since he is home bound and sick. I will display several on Sunshine`s in a few days.
A big YAY! to her place of employment.
