High Paying Job or Mid-Paying with lots of Benefits?

I'm torn between these 2 job opportunities. The High Paying Job is something I think I would love and enjoy because it's in an online gaming industry. While the Mid-Paying Job requires an easy task like creating Social Media Marketing Posts and they offer lots of benefits like Medical, Dental, Loan, Company Profit Sharing and Educational Assistance. While I think the High Paying Job can also cover those (except company profit sharing lol), the position requires careful planning and execution. Ugh, I can't decide! Haha!

Which is the one that could give you contentment is the one I would choose. From the way you posted you seem to like more the 1st than the second with the exception that you like the perks from the second option. So if you like one make sure that you can get the perks in some other ways.

@teltel Also please do consider that stability of the company you may be engaging with. Sometimes those that have high paying salaries goes good at the start and fail on the latter part of their operation.

Yes, I really love to be part of the gaming team, its just because that I already have a family that's why I'm considering having perks which will make my kid my dependent. And you are right, I think I should prefer the one that gives contentment. Thank you very much for your input!

@rsa101 oh! That I haven't thought of, you have a really good point. I should really consider this and look at the matter before engaging. Wow! I'm learning a lot from you, thank you so much!

If you would like both you need to research the benefits cost and how will they cover for each. My husband once took a lower paying job and brought more money home. The healthcare they offered was as good as what we had and a lot cheaper to carry.

This is a very good advice, that was actually what I was thinking, mid-paying job offers good healthcare which will be expensive if I will get it by myself. Your husband did a good decision and I'm thinking to do the same. Thank you very much Eva!

Just the high salary and some miscellaneous allowance, say transportation if there's an event, something like that.

If I were in your place, I would have chosen the work in which I am interested. I will not consider the salary and benefits.

Yes, I had done that when I was still single, I've been in a gaming industry which I love the most for about 6 years, but now that I'm starting to build a family, I need to consider benefits and salary to support my dependents.
