Back from Pilates

Today was beautiful. It was so nice to open windows and doors with pleasant sunshine and lots of fresh air. It also felt good to walk to the gym and return to Pilates class. We had a decent-sized class for an October afternoon. No one asked me about my absence, though they did say hi. And no Michelle too.
Today our prop du jour was the big balls, my frenemy in Pilates. But I didn't fall off of it today. I did have trouble with balancing though. Here's what we did in no particular order:
8 Arm Raises and 8 Double Leg Raises
8 CrissCrosses (4x/side) and 6 Double Leg Circles (3x/side)
10 Push-Ups (5x/side) and 6 Head Peel-Ups (3x/side)
10 Rotating Ball Spins (5x/side) and 1-Legged Ball Rolls (5x/side)
10 Regular Ball Rolls (4x/side) and 2 Child's Poses (1x/side)
10 Wood Saw Poses and 6 Regular Peel-Ups (3x/side)
I think that's all I can remember today.
