"Fly me to the moon"

Aside from taking a shot of the silhouette of a girl sitting at the seaside alone and talking on her phone, I looked up the sky above and thought I might be able to take a good shot of the moon still lingering and not wanting to give up her territory to the rising sun :)
Seems like the moon has some pimples :)

Nice shot! I never seen the moon that close. I seldom look at it at night in my place because my place is a bit cloudy or at times hazy that is why moon is not visible anymore. In the provinces I live in the moon seems to be small enough that you could not see the craters but yours you have captured it quite vividly.

You need to steady your camera. I took this shot with my camera being leaned on the roof of our car at the seaside.

@flapiz I guess phones can't take this kind of shot :) I was using a point-and-shoot camera for this.

No. The lens of my camera is not interchangeable as it's not a DSLR.

Yes, I'm the one taking all the photos that I post here. I use a Nikon Coolpix LS 830 point-and-shoot camera most of the time but sometimes, I use my Samsung S8 phone when the camera is not with me.
