Signal problem

There's been a fluctuating problem with my internet signal since last night and even today it's been interrupting my online activities. Every 30 minutes I had to go back and check the modem. Then there's a cable problem, one of the channels my grandma watch often is out. I might go back there to complain again. But fortunately, it's not a serious problem compare to my dog Who is positively recovering

My Internet connection is not working as well last night that is why I didn't have a chance to finish the task. We have hard rain last night.

It's not the worst problem, they were some men who were setting up this signal from the wires and that's where the problem started somehow @infatuatedbby Perhaps I should have asked them what company they work for.

It just is very annoying when internet services are not delivering what its supposed to do. I think that you will have to persevere in submitting complaint else your case will not be taken seriously by them.

I don't have an internet plan now. I am on using my prepaid SIM. I tried Smart and Globe. It looks like Globe's signal is okay or better than Smart.

Hello @jobelbojel Yeah, globe seems to be pretty strong. We used to have PLDT but we gave it up years ago.

Maybe you can just give them a call to see if the problem is with their network or your modem.

Hello@freelancermariagrace Yeah, definitely no more any kind of bones, ever! I think it has affected the signal when they installed a new connection.
