MyLot October Goal

Hello fellow mylotters. I have decided to set myself a goal for the rest of October. I will attempt to start a new discussion each day (or at least 5 a week, if I'm out of inspiration, I might skip the weekends). I haven't been very active on mylot for years now, and today I'm deciding to change that! It might not be that much for the most active members on here, but for me it's rather ambitious. Do you ever set yourself a goal? Maybe you try to reach payout every month, maybe you try to respond to a certain amount of discussions, or maybe - like me - you set yourself an amount of discussions to start. Let me know!

I have set no goals. I don't keep a target for number of discussions. I will post one as and when I get an idea. I try to visit the site daily, spend some time here and interact. Being active and interactive pays here.

I usually don't do this either, but I've noticed that setting goals helps me. Interacting is definitely important here!

@maclanis I just try to reach the minimum payout.Setting a goal does not suit me as I have a very unpredictable offline life right now. Sometimes having a goal and not being able to reach it disheartens. So I am keeping myself goal free.

I never set goals because I have way too many things to do in a week so I just make time for what I can. I wish you the best with your goal!

I get that setting goals like this isn't for everyone. I have a busy life as well, and if I don't set goals, I usually just don't end up doing it, so for me, it really helps!

I do not set goals, I try to read as much discussions as I can every day, I do not care to write every day. I have always reached payout since I joined.

I don't set goals it stresses me, plus, if i keep checking the Earning summary i become anxious, so i'm here for the fun.

I understand that it stresses you out. Goals personally really help me out. I get a kick out of reaching them, so it's definitely fun for me!

I write a couple of posts or so, but what really makes me money is to read other people´s posts and comment them. They, in turn, answer me. Interactions pay.

Yes, I agree. I try to both, but I mostly respond to discussions. Sometimes it's hard for me to get inspiration for discussions anyway.

I set goal just once and that was to made a dollar in a day. At first, i did not succeed and then i set the same goal once again after a few days and hit it. No goals after this..
