I got up at 2A.M and couldn't sleep. I surf a lil bit online until 6A.M then did some chores. At 7:30A.M I switch on my laptop and thought I'd play for an hour.
Unfortunately the game didn't load. I waited for 2 hours and nothing changed. I went to take a nap and woke up 2 hours later and the game was still loading.
I switched off the laptop and went doing some cleaning and dusting. I took a shower and ate lunch.
I return to the laptop and tried again and it took another 2 hr 30mins. Finally after having dinner I switch it off.
I wasted an entire day waiting for the game to load and didn't get to enjoy the game Not cool.

If a process hangs and goes that long and nothing happens, while loading sounds like something besides the game was causing it to hang. When a game doesn't load it could be many things.
Okay until you can provide what system you are using and what game, a tutorial can not be applied.

I feel like you are talking about the Sims. There are tutorials to help you fix that. Depending on your computer it will still take time to load, but you probably have a lot of files that you need to detail that get all clustered, old saves and such. Look it up and you will eventually get back to being the overseerer of their land.

I don't know dear. I have asked other people playing sims they told me it's because my laptop has low specs. They said I should upgrade and buy a gaming laptop. There is no way I will be able to buy any gaming laptop it's way too expensive. I PS4 is much cheaper yet I am not able to afford it. I would consider buying a ps4 if I may, rather than a gaming laptop which is about 70,000 Mauritian rupees.

I always find that deleting the cookies and clearing the cache speeds up downloading/uploading.
