These cases are so messed up, Apparently in the US rapists who got their victims pregnant can sue for visitation rights for the baby!

Situation likes this I think will make rape victims abort the baby than keep the baby.
Case Number 1: A girl got kidnapped and raped by a man at age 12. She decided to keep the baby and she was living a peaceful life when her rapists, filed a case on court for child custody and the Judge awarded the rapist a right to meet the child.
case number 2: A 14 year old girl also got raped and her rapists got her pregnant . The Rapist plead guilty and filed a case for child visitation rights.
Both victims don't want their child to meet their fathers.
Yup Many rapists who got their victims pregnant are given by many courts in the US visitation rights. This is so messed up. So many cases are reported on Youtube in the last 6 years. Rape victims don't want any relationship with their rapists and this visitation right given by courts just refreshes the wounds.

I can't believe that this law is allowed in the US. if pro life people wanted less abortions, they should try to stop this law. This law is a good reason for rape victims to abort the child because they do not want to be connected to the monster who did this.

They should not be given paternal rights. Yes they are the father but the child is born out of rape

And to this is a Law in the USA of all places. So much for Land of freedom. The US still have women's right issues.
