Gut Bomb!

I try to eat healthy, but once in awhile, I just need a GUT BOMB. In the United States, that would be a Big Mac Meal or a mondo Kentucky Fried Chicken meal. Yesterday afternoon, on my way back home from playing music with my friend, I stopped at Kentucky Fred Chicken and bought a three-piece meal, with "mashed potatoes" and coleslaw. It rocked my world. Man can only live on so much heart-healthy lox, stir fry, and Indian creamed spinach. Do you ever just need a GUT BOMB? What's your favorite?

mmm I haven't had KFC in so long. my go-to gut bomb is anything from Checkers/Rallys, once every 4-5 months I crave their delicious fries and burgers!

I love Hungry Jack's whopper junior. I think it's the dill pickle or whatever that appeals.

Yes, I make it an aim to be healthy as well but I do need the occasional Bomb. I have quite a few bombs of choice, actually. Wings, burgers, fries, pizza. For desert give me a big bowl and a spoon and I will shovel out my ice cream. Oh man, my insides are turning right about now and I don't think it's good. I prefer to spread my bombs out so as not to have too much of an explosion.

I don't trust the words "healthy food" because labeling laws are so lax that they can call anything healthy but even if that weren't the case, it wouldn't change my opinion any. I just eat what I want. Sometimes it's healthy, sometimes it isn't. KFC rocks my world, too. A Baconator from Wendy's or something similar does it, too.

@thislittlepennyearns That's what I use the most. Common sense.

Well that's why you use common sense.

I cannot stand greasy food that stays forever on my stomach, so no gut bombs for me.

Yup, I wish I had a Kentucky Fried Chicken near me but what I do have is a Burger Kind and a Dominos Pizza. Now I have cut down my craving to the Burger Kind because I have discovered that by ordering homemade pizza that comes frozen for my freezer I save bucks so no pizza outside my home. The Burger King is great because I do that only once a month and then they have my favorite the Whopper and always a special where for $7 I can get two whoppers so I do that and have one and then keep the other for the next day. It is my only fast food passion.

Actually we're having KFC for dinner tonight (the $5 box). I'm a fan of a GUT bomb occasionally and my box will have chicken tenders, fries and cole slaw. I'm soooo looking forward to dinner tonight.

Pizza, or a Chinese buffet....those are my usual stray from healthy foods fixes. The past ten days we have been travelling and most of the meals have been questionable. Tonight my daughter is serving a home cooked meal. I'm looking forward to it,

Do you remember the off sandwich that was mad of two fried chicken patties and cheese and bacon. Yum. One I'd my favourites is the steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich.

These would have been my favourite, not many KFC outlets do them any more here:
The colonel would be proud.

@TheHorse I like pizza for me. We had Kentucky Fried Chicken here in Israel before and I guess they did not make it and then read not too long ago that they may be coming back again. I hope so. I like them.
