Hard Saying Goodbye

We have lost another kitty. The female black and white cat my daughter adopted after tenants just left her behind. She was a sweet petite little kitty that we loved for the ten or so years she lived with us.
My grandson is very upset. He had gotten very attached to her over the last couple years. She would come and set with him on the couch while he watched YouTube. We hate to see him so sad.

@celticeagle it is in some ways a reason we get children pets. Losing a pet is supposed to help prepare us for the hopefully later time when family and friends leave us, but sadly the process of grief never gets easier.
