the new generation....

Hello again from Hungary Central Europe. Today I've seen something terrible(terrible for me). I was going home from work and on the bus i heard 2 kids(about 15-16y.o.) talking about getting alcohol from the store and going to a public park to get drunk "like hell". U can say that i'm too conservative but i think they shouldn't drink in that age. I remember when i was 16 my weekend rutine was to go fishing with friends or go hiking and arrive home before dark. Sadly these things are more often in the past.... I know I can't say that i'm old with my 26 years behind me but i think my generation was better.

Yes of course. I think today's generations are not caring and respecting their parents and elders.

No, your generation was not better. Since our ancestors came out of their caves, this lament on how worse the young generation is has been repeated a zillion times. Do you really want us to believe that ten years ago all young Hungarians went fishing or had likewise harmless hobbies and nobody got ever drunk? You must be joking.

15-16? In Croatia kids with 13-14 are drunk in some dark alleys.
