Health Update, Week 6

This past week my calories between 2300-2900, except for yesterday, when it was 1800 calories. Nonetheless, with my first active week back from the gym, I did manage to snack in between workouts and meals. I did use Boost and Ensure and have french fries and ice cream for my only junk food. But overall, I did gain two pounds from last week's half-pound loss at 107.2. Yay! I've told my brother this morning on our way to do early morning errands. At least I'm eating more and close to the 3000 calorie range.
I hope I can do it again next week and get to 109 pounds by the end of the week. I've stocked up on pre-workout and post-workout snack ideas from my online research with some ideas like energy bites and breakfast pizza. I need another 13 pounds to get to my goal. Yay!
