Weight loss tips

does anyone have any weight loss tips, to help me shake off a few pounds.

You probably don't want to hear the old exercise tip but here goes anyway. A 30 minute walk each day will help boost your metabolism and build fat burning muscle. It really does work. Other than that the only way is to reduce your calories. Good luck to you!

Walking is a great tip, it doesn't require any extra equipment or money. Also, try to reduce the portion size of foods you eat; cut down on fatty )especially fried) foods; increase your consumption of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains (not processed ones like white bread, white rice, etc.). You can also do some simple strength training to built muscle a bit, this will burn more calories even at rest.
