A Girl and the Rainbow Once there was a girl who saw a rainbow. She thought and she thought: What is at its end? It's maybe a slide, or maybe a house, or it may be a tree with blueberries on it, or maybe a friend who lives there all day. Who cares? Nobody knows, or so they say. ~Zabrina "CJ" Woolard 8/5/2000 this poem and the one by me I posted shortly before it were the result of a family game where we drew a random word and had to write a poem or short story. I drew Halloween and my daughter drew rainbow.

Your literary talent must have rub off her. Did she follow in the footstep of her dad and take up writing?

Lovely poem by a 9 year old. The game sounds fun and a good way to encourage imagination.
