Will I have one more small green bean harvest?

With Fall here, I'm planting snow peas on my balcony. But I still have one green bean plant that's doing pretty well, and it was throwing a couple of flowers the other day. Will I actually get a couple more green beans to put in my salads before Winter sets in? Inquiring minds want to know. Any bets?

No, I don't expect a freeze until late November. Ah, thanks for the etymological lesson re: "tautology." Heh. Now I'm thinking about how I distinguish between three of my favorite "fancy" words, etymology, entomology, and etiology.

You probably will. We're out of luck here though. We had a hard frost that froze out the tomatoes even though we had them covered. Didn't end up with a bad crop but to have this hard of a frost that early was disappointing.

@TheHorse The plants were a write-off. My wife ripped them out yesterday after salvaging the tomatoes that looked like they could ripen in the window sill.

Unless you get a freak snow storm you should still have beans. They don't mind cool temps too much.
