I was reading a post from @Juliaacv, and I mentioned my mom's signature dish, which she called Dorito Chicken. I don't have a signature dish, but I was wondering if you did. I have been making Dorito Chicken for weeks now, I guess because it sounds good. Before that I was on a pork chop kick. Do you have what one would call a signature dish? I'm posting a picture of the prepared food.

Beef Stroganoff used to be my signature dish. But it had powerful aphrodesiac effects when I served it to women. So I had to back off.

I've heard that dish can have a peculiar effect on the ladies.

@TheHorse The broccoli, definitely the broccoli. With all those vitamins and iron, the ladies couldn't help themselves after the meal.

If I ever had a signature dish, it was chicken parmesan. I haven't made it in ages. I do have a signature dessert - Toll House Cookies. I've been told I make the best Toll House Cookies outside of Whitman, Mass.

@TheHorse Man, I can tell my eyes are tired. I thought your question was "Who is Whitman Mass, your cookie nemesis?" Yes, sir, I need a nap.

@AmbiePam I use beef or turkey, one small onion, green pepper, a slice of bread, abit of milk, one egg, and ketchup on the top..pretty standard really, but fantastic.

Mine is kare-kare. It's usually oxtail with peanut sauce, and is garnished with veggies like bok choy , heart of banana, eggplant and string beans. My daughter would always tell his boyfriends that I make one so delicious.

That sounds interesting, I am sure the Doritos give the chicken a great flavor. My signature dish would probably be what I call "My Famous Pumpkin Pie" where I start with a whole pumpkin and apples (and seasonings of course) and end up with cooked apples for a pie or dumplings and enough pumpkin puree for 3-4 pies, depending on how big the pumpkin was.

@AmbiePam Yes, I can see how the chips would also give it a crunch, but doesn't it also flavor it?
