Back from the gym

Today's Columbus Day here in the USA and also the 4th anniversary of when I started going to the gym. It's another beautiful afternoon to work out for Pilates inside the fitness room. I did see Michelle and filled her in on the latest. So it was good to see her today. The prop du jour was the resistance bands. Here's what we've done tonight in no particular order: 2 100 Cycles (1 on stomach, 1 on back) 1 Swimming Cycle and 4 Peel-Ups 2 Side Planks with Side Stretches and Knee Peel-Ups (1x/side) 2 Sidekick series with Mermaid stretches (1x/side) 6 CrissCrosses (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Stretches 6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 3 Swan Neck Poses 2 Pigeon Poses (1x/side), 3 Child's Poses, and 2 Bow Poses 4 2-Legged Planks (2x/side) and Knee Peel-Ups (2x/side) 3 Fly Poses and 2 Downward Dogs I think that's about it for tonight.
