Good Samaritan saves the live of a man who was in a capsized boat

Jeff Chandonait is being called a Good Samaritan for his efforts to locate a mayday call in Gloucester Massachusetts on Friday night when a wave knocked over the boat of Kevin Sweeney who made the mayday call since he needed some help.
Jeff then was able to use his towboat to rescue Kevin who had been in the water for two hours which was cold which made him shiver.
Despite the darkness in the Gloucester, Kevin was rescued and taken to the shore safe and sound on Friday evening.
The next day Kevin met with Jeff at the Winter Island Boat Ramp to thank him for saving his life.

That is true since Jeff had to make sure that he was able to locate where Kevin was so he could rescue him from drowning.

Jeff claims that he did not give up on his search for Kevin who was lost at sea because he felt it was not Kevin's time to go home to His Maker.
