I found a signed record album

Going through my few hundred LP records, deciding what to sell, I discovered this album signed by Peter, Paul and Mary. I did go to a local concert here in town sometime in the early 2000s and stood in line to buy the album. Mary Travers died in 2009, I am sorry to say. I loved their music.
The album is labelled a "Collector's Edition" and is signed on the back by all three. I really have no idea what value those signatures add to the record. I searched several ways online and only saw one other album of theirs signed, for sale for about $200.
I am not sure if I want to sell it anyway, but I wonder what the signatures add to the value? Maybe JJ (@myklj999) has run into this, since I know he is a major collector.

a wonderful find. i found one in hubbies collection a couple yrs. back that i gave to my son because it was his favorite artist. signed by Micheal Jackson

@JamesHxstatic We used to have many old records but I think my son gave them all away to the thrift store. And it's a good thing, I would have probably kept them and i have no excess room for collections.

No, no relations. They are folk singers from the 1960s era and beyond. You can find them on Youtube.

I think that whether to have signatures on it or not makes a great deal of difference .It would be highly prized by some collectors.
