Lunch with Carolina was perfect.

Leticia made the most delicious empanadas for lunch. They were fried and two kinds: cheese and seafood. I ate so much at lunch that I´m just heating the last empanada for a late dinner.
After lunch, and a long conversation, we went to my room for a mixture of TV and nap. I saw a whole chapter of the life of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, a great Mexican scholar, while Carolina (who had picked it) fell asleep halfway.
We had a cup of tea after she woke up and she went away. It was a lovely day!
I am now going to start mylotting when the day is almost done.

- I love them, but I don't think I've ever had a seafood one . . . I know I'd love it. I hope to make them sometime . . . can they be baked?@marguicha (215332)

I am sure of that. But the dough is different. Dough for baking has to be thicker.

I was very happy with her pick. It is a serial in Spanish, very well done (maybe made in Spain) and I will continue watching it in a while.
