@amitkokiladitya Yes that is the problem. Sometimes I cannot also with a family member, so I just have to take my mind away from reacting by maybe watching a nice calm video.

Don't give in to those feelings. Think of the consequences...stress and unhappiness. Better to remain calm and express your feeling in a reasonable manner.

@amitkokiladitya Usually I don't get angry.But if sometimes anger gets the better of me,I prefer to keep silent.....My friends ridicule me.They say I'm too 'cold.'

When you get angry start laughing or stand in front of the mirror and outburst. It will definitely work.
