How do you get blue ink stains off your hand?

My pen was a bit leaky today and as a result I've ended up with a few ink stains in my hand. This is a cartridge ink pen. Soap and water took care of most of it, but there's still a bit left. What's my next option? More soap and water? Alcohol wipes? Laundry detergent?

@pitstop Milk does remove some stains because it's slightly acid and also contains some fat. We used to use it to clean the piano keys (especially the white ones).

Interesting. How would that help? Do I drink milk or clean with it.

Reading the comments it seems more soap and water and perhaps a pumice stone is the way to go.

That seems like what I'll end up again using soap and water.

Seems like that is the commonest suggestion.

I have experienced that. Mostly, the leftover ink after the soap and water just faded as time goes by. Ha ha...

Looks ugly - so I'm trying to get them off asap.

@pitstop Me, I think it took me two to three days (maybe after washing a lot of times) until they fade.

@simplfred I'm resigned to that fate too.

Soap and water will do. I experienced it when I changed the cartridge of the printer. Rubbing will help.

A good scrub with soap should get it out.

I use warm water and lots of soap and then wait for it to fade away

Regular soap seems to be the most common suggestion.
