my head ACHES

I have just finished watching the television series "New Amsterdam" alone while my son and my sister are already asleep. My head is aching now.
It is possible that the ache is due to my sleeping late and waking up early to prepare breakfast. It is also possibly due to eyestrain from reading small fonts in the net book since this morning because the desktop is not functioning. Or maybe because I had taken a bit much of salt this morning because I ate my share of the duck embryo that my son gave me last night.
I have applied a Chinese liniment on my forehead and temples, took a tablet of paracetamol, and gulped lots of cold water (I had difficulty voiding, or dysuria ).
Now I am in bed. I wish you all a good night; see you tomorrow, and best of health to all of us. Hope the headache i have will reduce to 0 painscale (with 10 as most severe).

@bluesa and it is better to have no work while i am sick. if i am sick and we have duty, for sure my salary will be deducted and i will receive less. hahaha

the headache comes back at intervals. together with the runny nose and sneezing and coughing, i guess my days off from work is sick leave for me.
