cold BATH helped.

It is a sunny morning here to my end, my fellow users, and we are expecting sweat to drip in our foreheads and philtrum again. I had headache last night; Paracetamol helped in the relief of the pain. I still woke up early though.
I had my morning bath with a rather cool water; it is not very cold or lukewarm. It was a little bit lower than my body temperature. I had to pour water first on my feet so the temperature of the water will be adapted by my body. Splashing the cold water in my body then on my head should relieve the headache.
It usually works. There is vasoconstriction and the pain receptors should be reduced already.
I hope I won't have headache again.

i agree. when it is summer at its hottest, a cold shower helps reduce the body heat we have

i do that sometimes when it is cold season. i bathe with warm water then rinse with the tap water which should be cooler. the blood vessels constrict.

do you wet your feet first before your head? i think your body should be accustomed to the cold water in your feet before your head.
