How did your day go?

It's almost ten o'clock in the evening here at my end. My day was a so-so. I am not so happy with my cooking. I have cooked "adobo" a lot of times. It is my family's favorite meal.I cooked it in the afternoon, I thought it could be perfect for dinner.But today,for some reason,it did not taste good.Perhaps because I changed the procedure in cooking it. I never marinated the pork in the past,but today I marinated it for more than an hour.It was too salty. It just made me sad. How was your day?

I am sorry, I never change a recipe that works. Did you already eat the adobo? If can add a potato and let it inside to cook 30 minute than discard, it should absorb some of the salty taste.

Oh you know how to cook Adobo. That's nice to hear. The adobo has been sitting in the fridge since last night.

@Iam_jauntyjen I do not know how to cook Adobo, but I know that a potato absorbs the excessive salt in stews and broth. This is why I suggested to try.

Sorry to hear that. Well, I just got home. I went out to buy some birthday presents for my sister-in-law. Then I had some take-out food from Tokyo Tempura. I am currently watching a few episodes of Salvation on Netflix
