I felt creative today and didn't know what to do with my boneless chicken breasts.
So, I decided to bread them and bake them (no frying) with a little tomato sauce and some shredded mozzarella.
We'll have it with spaghetti and maybe some Texas Toast.
My daughter will be surprised when she gets home from work as she isn't expecting one of her favorite meals.

@Marilynda1225 I always served it with tomato sauce and then we would have fettucine alfredo as a side dish with it.

I never thought to serve with alfredo sauce. Usually I stick to plain old tomato sauce

Sounds good. I love chicken parmigiana. I coat mine in beaten egg and then bread them.

When it comes to pasta dishes, lasagna is my favorite

I love the chicken parm I get from two places. Haven't liked it anywhere else though, or tried to make it myself.
I hope your daughter was excited to have it.
