Chicken Parmigiana For Dinner

I felt creative today and didn't know what to do with my boneless chicken breasts. So, I decided to bread them and bake them (no frying) with a little tomato sauce and some shredded mozzarella. We'll have it with spaghetti and maybe some Texas Toast. My daughter will be surprised when she gets home from work as she isn't expecting one of her favorite meals.

Deliciouso!!! Your house will smell lovely I thew some ribs and sauce in the insta pot and they are so tender for later on.

I never thought to serve with alfredo sauce. Usually I stick to plain old tomato sauce

My mom used to make chicken this way weekly growing up. Sometimes she would even put a pepper ring or two on top for color.

I love the chicken parm I get from two places. Haven't liked it anywhere else though, or tried to make it myself. I hope your daughter was excited to have it.
