Truck driver saves the life a driver who fell asleep behind the wheel

Asia Leigh Scott who started to work the graveyard shift at the Junaluska Animal Hospital in Haywood County in North Carolina this past Friday is lucky to be alive after she fell asleep driving her auto on her way to work with her daughter by her side. Damien McElroy who was worked as a firefighter in the past was driving his oil truck on the road near Waynesville North Carolina when he noticed that Asia was driving in a strange way on the road. Damien then went in front of her auto using his oil truck to get around her and getting in front of her auto so the auto would hit the truck and come to a complete stop. What happened what that Asia forgot to take her anti-seizure medicine before she left home. What is even more amazing is that Asia was out cold driving 1.5 miles before Damien played the role of Good Samaritan and after the car crashed into his truck in a light way, Damien was able to get Asia's foot off if the pedal and get her and her child out of the auto safely. The medical came to the scene of the accident and took care of Asia. Asia sent Damien a thank you from Facebook to tell him that she appreciated Damien for saving her life. Damien replied that he was glad to help her.
